Continuing Professional Development
Trustees maintain and nurture their skills and competencies through various activities. As a recognised professional body, Batseta is required to a CPD programme to Trustees within the retirement fund industry.

CPD Hour Requirement
The CPD Cycle is 1 March to 28 February each year
Trustees must complete 20 hours of CPD in each annual reporting.
​
CPD Activities includes period in order to retain their designantion of Licentiate Trustee.​

CPD activities could be both informal and formal (Examples include, seminars, conferences, readings, workshops, skills programmes, full qualifications, short courses, self-study)
